The apartment was purchased at the stage of starting a development investment. Then we prepared an arrangement change of the interior to better take advantage of the apartment’s potential. Before the final acceptance of the real estate, we sold the arranged apartment to a new buyer, who finished the apartment on their own and earmarked it for lease.
