The investment project will be built in a location which makes it possible to reach quickly both to Gdańsk’s central district of Śródmieście as well as to the Tri-City Beltway, and further away to the airport and in the direction of gates of A1 Highway.
Transport services are provided by buses and trams (a modern interchange terminal is located near the project).
In the vicinity of the building, there are stores within housing estates, there are also bigger supermarkets several large commercial centers nearby.
