The project involved looking for the real property, purchasing it and preparing for a land development permit at the administrative stage. As a result of the works, it was possible to rebuild the existing tenement house and expand it by erecting two new buildings.
Project works also started to obtain a building permit, and at that stage, the project was sold to a company specializing in the construction of student dormitories.
