The location of the investment project makes it possible to get to the center of Wrzeszcz quickly, and from there to all the office centers in the Tri-City as well as the educational facilities located in Gdańsk. There is also “Garnizon” nearby, with a rich offering of clubs, entertainment and catering. It is close to the stop of PKM railway; you can also reach quickly the Tri-City Beltway and the airport. The investment project is one building, in which 52 small apartments will be built. Ten of these will have two stories. Each of the apartments will have a small adjoining kitchen and bathroom. The building will be a collective residence facility. To make future residents comfortable, about 170 sqm. will be set apart for integration spaces. These will include a common kitchen and gym. A convenient parking lot for bicycles is also planned as well as charging stations for electric one-track vehicles.
Performing the project, we have gone through the whole administrative path to obtain a building permit. Having received an administrative consent, we sold our shares in the special-purpose vehicle performing investments.
