The investment project will be built far away from the hustle and bustle of Śródmieście, and, at the same time, at a place from which you can get quickly to the central district. In the vicinity, there is a primary school, kindergartens, stores within housing estates and larger supermarkets.
At the same time, there are plenty green areas perfect for doing sports or going for a walk with someone. From the place, you can also get quickly to one of the Kashubian lakes or to a beach. Greenery and relaxing atmosphere will prevail also around the building because the area between the building and the little river flowing through the land plot is to be arranged into a small home park.
Therefore Lykke Park (‘lykke’ means ‘happiness’ in Norwegian) is an investment project designed with families in mind – according to the conceptual design, there will be 45 apartments there with areas from 38 to 90 sqm. The apartments will be higher than the standard.
Below the building, there will be an underground parking area, while those residing on the ground floor will be able to enjoy their private gardens.
